Protects Newly Cleaned Parts From Rust & Corrosion

Patented Bio Corrosion Inhibitors (BCI™) chemistry protects both Ferrous and Non-ferrous metals from rust and corrosion.

Corrosion begins when an electrolyte (water and oxygen from humidity) is present on the surface of metal. When this condition occurs, electrons then flow from high energy areas of the metal to low energy areas, in a loop, or circuit, through the electrolyte. Current flows from anode to cathode on the metal surface forming rust, or corrosion in the process.

BCI™ chemistry inhibits, or blocks, this reaction of rust and corrosion from occurring on the metal's surface.

BCI™ molecules attach themselves to the metal surface to form an invisible Utra Thin Film protective coating that restricts the flow of electrons from the metal surface. Electrical current attempts to flow from the anode through the electrolyte to the cathode but is blocked due to the presence of the BCI™'s and BVCI™'s ultra thin film barrier.
